Reserved for project work where the bevel depth is exacting, the tactile nature of the finish needs to be just so and the grain pattern is that imagined by the most fastidious of boat builders (we love these ones).
The process isn't quick by any means, it takes time, slow and low, just like our epic Cooked Blackbutt.
